This was an instant classic the moment it came out. Follow Ed and Loraine on their journey to help a family that has been attacked by an evil entity. This has so many jump scares, and truly terrifying moments. It’s also based on a True Story! That makes this a must watch this Halloween season.

9. The Exorcist (1973)

The Devil possesses a little girl. To this day, it is still terrifying. That Makes this a must watch for the Halloween season.

6. Halloween (2018)

This disregards all Halloween’s 2-Rob Zombie’s crapshoot. It picks up 40 years after the original Halloween. This movie shows why Michael is the King of Horror. A must watch this Halloween season.

5. Candyman

Yo, Tony Todd scared the living crap out of me when I was a kid, with his masterpiece portrayal of Candyman. Still by far one off the best Horror movies ever. Candyman is iconic. That makes it a must watch this Halloween season.

4. The Shining (1980)

Jack Nicholson gives such a brilliant performance, in what some people refer as the scariest movie of all time. It’s twisted. Stephen King’s classic comes to life through Stanley Kubrick’s eyes. A must watch this Halloween season.

3. A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)

Wes Craven made going to sleep a very scary thing. We are introduced to Freddy Krueger, a child killer burned alive by the children’s parents. He has come back to extract revenge through the nightmares of those kids. Die in your sleep, you die for real. This is an Ultimate Classic. A must watch for the Halloween season

2. Friday The 13th (1981)

Listen we won’t single out just the original, lets include the entire series. If you like camp counselors, daring young adults, Hockey goalie masks, then this is for you. Just a great time all the way around. Jason Vorhees is a legend. A must watch this Halloween season.
