Young Thug and Gunna’s RICO trial date could be postponed by two months. The DA stated in legal paperwork about the request,

A continuance to the final week in March would protect the speedy trial rights of those who have asserted those rights, while also ensuring that the additional eight defendants have properly prepared appointed counsel.

The trial is scheduled to begin on January 9th of next year, but the DA wants to allow the other defendants an opportunity to seek legal counsel for the trial. Young Thug and Gunna have both been denied bond and will be stuck behind bars until the trial date.
