Young Dolph’s Longtime Partner Mia Jaye Says Rapper Was Her ‘Soulmate’: ‘It’s Been Extremely Difficult’ Young Dolph’s longtime partner, Mia Jaye opened up to ABC News about how she has been coping with the death of the 36-year-old rapper. “Now that he’s no longer here, it’s just very tough for me to be strong for them [their children] and also be strong for myself because that was my soulmate… We were doing things like planning our wedding… To find strength in it all is very, very difficult for me,” says Jaye. 23-year-old Justin Johnson and 32-year-old Cornelius Smith were charged with Dolph’s murder while 27-year-old Shondale Barnett was charged with accessory.  Did you lose your partner early in your relationship?
