YFN Lucci Heading To Trial After Rejecting Plea Deal

In his racketeering case, Georgia prosecutors offered YFN Lucci a plea agreement; but, Lucci has rejected it and is going to trial instead to clear his name.
The Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis recommended a 20-year sentence, 17 of them in prison, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Hop Hop.
In exchange, Lucci would have to admit guilt to a number of charges, including felony murder, racketeering, aggravated assault, and breaking the street gang terrorism and prevention act. Drew Findling and Gabe Banks, his attorneys, call the plea deal “absurd,” and they strongly suggest the district attorney is purposefully delaying proceedings.
They point out that Lucci has been in detention for 2.5 years and is still awaiting trial. His lawyer team said,
Despite the obstacles consistently placed in the way of Mr. Bennett’s constitutional right to a speedy and fair trial, we continue to be ready and prepared to defend these false allegations.
Who do you think has a better chance at beating the RICO case? Young Thug? Or YFN Lucci? Why?
