Wu-Tang Clan, Nas, and Busta Rhymes developed a mini-documentary on their current US tour. Live Nation developed an 8-minute movie that shows the iconic tour and the musicians’ friendship through personal interviews and backstage footage.
The mini-documentary shows musicians discussing “New York State of Mind” in St. Louis during the tour’s debut last month. They explore how important it is to underline that hip-hop originated in the Bronx on Aug. 11, 1973, and has impacted all five boroughs of New York, and how the city’s native Hip-Hop titans forever changed the rap landscape and culture outside the Empire State.
