He reached out to me and he loved the record. He sent the verse and it was fire. We linked up and we performed it together. Justin was so supportive of the song that he created his own video for it. When he performed at the Made In America festival in Philadelphia he brought out WizKid. Essence is the first Nigerian song to be certified platinum in the U.S.
