Rihanna‘s absence at the 2024 Met Gala disappointed fans who were eagerly anticipating her arrival to see her interpretation of the theme “The Garden of Time.” Despite co-hosts teasing her imminent appearance, Rihanna had to cancel at the last minute due to illness, as confirmed by her rep to E! News.
Fans initially thought she was running late, recalling her late arrival last year with A$AP Rocky. Known for her stunning Met Gala looks, Rihanna’s absence left attendees and viewers disappointed, as the event concluded without her presence. Rihanna was recently seen at Formula 1 in Miami over the weekend.
