Ohio Attorney General David Yost’s office says they have received 12 complaints between March 2021 and August 2022 at Dollar General stores in Cuyahoga, Franklin, Highland, Lucas, Madison, Richland, Summit, and Trumbull counties for what’s being called deceptive pricing.
Customers claim that Dollar General changes more at the register than what was listed on products. Customers also claim employees would refuse to make price adjustments when shown listed prices.
