Wale Announces Dates for ‘Under A Blue Moon’ Tour On the heels of his Folarin II release, Wale has announced his “Under A Blue Moon” tour. The Washington, D.C. native will start his tour in Nashville, TN and then travel to 28 cities across the United States before wrapping up in Memphis, TN.  Folarin II features collaborations with Chris Brown, Rick Ross, and J.
