The actual Draw 4 rule: Turns out millions of people have been playing Uno wrong!  A Facebook user LaToya McCaskill Stallings brought the “DRAW 4″ rule to light.  Side note we all get these rules when we get a new pack of Uno cards.  Anyway read the official ” DRAW 4″ rules for the first time!
