Trey Songz Off The Hook For Violent Altercation With Cops At Chiefs Game Trey Songz is probably relieved to find out that the criminal charges that were against him have been dropped. The rapper attended a Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium in January when an altercation with the police broke out. Songz didn’t have a mask on and when asked to wear one due to COVID-19 protocols, he became upset throwing a punch at one of the police officers. He was arrested for assaulting a police officer, trespassing, and resisting arrest. The charges have been dropped due to “insufficient evidence” as stated by the Prosecutor’s Office for Jackson County, MO.
