This tiny Colorado town may change its name to “Kush.” Seriously.

What’s In A Name? Tiny Colorado Town May Change Its Name To ‘Kush’ – Seriously Moffat, Colorado is considering a name change. According to the Denver Post, the town’s board of trustees is discussing a proposal to rename the tiny town “Kush.” If you aren’t familiar with “Kush” – it’s a slang term for marijuana. (Also a reference to the Hindu Kush mountain range and a variety of the plant that comes from there). Moffat, with only about 100 residents, is home to many cannabis growers. Some officials say the name change would attract tourists to check out the area and maybe even bring in new cannabis companies. Do you think the Moffat name change is a smart move?
