The Heat Is On: Miami Comes Out Blazin’ in Game 3

The Heat Is On: Miami Comes Out Blazin’ in Game 3 Miami definitely turned up the heat as they stunned the LA Lakers in Game 3 of the NBA finals. Heat forward Jimmy Butler scored a playoff-career high 40 points to help beat the Lakers 115-104 on Sunday. He also had 13 assists, 11 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Two Miami starters missed the game because of injuries; Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic. But clearly, Butler’s performance was enough to push past the Lakers. The teams meet up in Game 4 of the Finals tomorrow night with the Lakers leading the best-of-seven series 2-1. If Butler keeps up a performance like this, can he and the Heat crush the Lakers’ dreams of a championship? Did you see LeBron James leave the court before the final buzzer?
