T.I. Questions Why the KKK Hasn’t Been Charged With Rico Rappers Young Thug and Gunna have been arrested under the RICO Act. Under the RICO Act a person who has committed at least two acts of racketeering activity from a list of 35 crimes-27 federal 8 are state-within a 10 year period can be charged with racketeering. If found guilty of racketeering a person can be fined up to $25,000 and 20 years in prison per racketeering count. Whatever money they made from the crime must also be forfeited.
