SZA's SOS No. 1 Debut Album Projections

SZA‘s SOS is expected to debut with 275,000–300,000 units in its first week. That sum should be sufficient to unseat Heroes & Villains by Metro Boomin from the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart. SOS is SZA’s sophomore album and arrives five years after her debut album, CTRL.

SZA could join the roster of Drake, Beyoncé, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, and BTS with the highest openings in 2022. If SZA debuts at the top of Billboard’s Hot 200 list, she will have her first number-one album. Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, Travis Scott, and the Wu-Tang Clan’s Ol’ Dirty Bastard are featured on the album.
