Still No Winner in Mega Millions, Jackpot Now Largest in Game’s History

The Mega Millions jackpot continues to grow. The multi-state lottery game had no jackpot winner from their Friday (August 4) drawing. The next drawing takes place on Tuesday (August 8), with the jackpot reaching $1.55 billion, the largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.

If someone hits the jackpot on Tuesday and decides to take the lump sum payment, they’ll receive $757.2 million after federal and state taxes are taken out.
