Jussie Smollett Takes The Stand In His Own Trial Jussie Smollett spilled some high octane tea as he took the stand in his defense of false reporting crimes. In a Chicago courtroom on Monday, Smollett’s attorney asked about his relationship with a key prosecution witness, Abimbola Osundairo.  Last week, Osundario said Smollett paid him and his brother to carry out the alleged fake attack that Jussie reported as a hate crime.  On the stand, Smollett said he and Osundario met at a club, did cocaine and weed, went to a bathhouse, and became intimate with each other.  Experts think the defense is trying to build a case against Osundario and his brother to attack Smollett themselves. Smollett’s team has already tried to paint Osundario’s older brother as a homophobe.  Do you think Jussie’s team will stand a chance at this kind of defense? Have you ever had TMI come out in a legal situation?
