Slim Jxmmi’s Battery Case Has Been Dropped Recently, Slim Jxmmi’s battery case was dropped because the person accusing him of assault has recanted the statement. His girlfriend was the one to alleged that Slim put his hands on her, and now, she is saying those claims are not true. The prosecution stated that because the alleged victim has recanted her original statement there is no viable evidence to prove that an ‘assault’ occurred so the case has been dropped.
