Russell Wilson Surprises Ciara With Romantic Birthday Dinner Monday October 25th was Ciara’s 36th birthday. To celebrate, Russell Wilson took Ciara to a romantic dinner at the Seattle Space Needle. She posted a video of her walking into a room filled with roses, candles and balloons while Sade played in the background. The couple had dinner while screening the birthday girl’s favorite show, The Crown. What is the most romantic date night either you have thrown for someone or someone did for you?
