Professor Eric Rimm from Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health is trying to ruin all the fun! The professor says you should only eat six French Fries! Yup, six fries is the ideal serving size in terms of trying to keep your meal a little healthier! “There aren’t a lot of people who are sending back three-quarters of an order of French fries,” Rimm told The New York Times. “I think it would be nice if your meal came with a side salad and six French fries.” He could be right! Potatoes dipped & cooked in hot oil, has been linked to obesity, diabetes and heart disease. But, dang just six! Can you do it?
