Nipsey Hussle’s Murder Trial Gets New Date As Alleged Killer ‘Nervous’ To Learn Fate

Nipsey Hussle’s Murder Trial Gets New Date As Alleged Killer ‘Nervous’ To Learn Fate The alleged killer of Nipsey Hussle gets another delay in his murder trial. Eric Holder’s new trial date is scheduled for January 5, 2022.  Previously Eric Holder was set for trial originally on April 20, 2020, however, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Holder’s trial was pushed back to early 2021. In May, Holder refused to leave his jail cell which resulted in yet another delay.  In July, the trial was reset for a third time when the presiding judge retired and his attorney, Chris Darden, quit the case of death threats to his family.  Holder’s new public defender, Aaron Jansen, told Rolling Stone his client is “nervous, but he knows it’s time to get the case moving to trial.” Holder pled not guilty to one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of felony possession of a firearm, if convicted, he could receive life in prison.  Do you think Eric Holder’s trial will take place in January or do you suspect it could be pushed back for the fourth time?
