According to TMZ, Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, have filed for a marriage license in Los Angeles. Witnesses say Nicki and Kenneth were spotted at the courthouse on Monday (July 29), and Nicki was trying to keep a low profile by wearing a baseball cap.
