OneFifteen, a non-profit ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with opioid addiction or substance use disorder, will celebrate the grand opening of OneFifteen Living with a virtual ribbon cutting event on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 11:00 am ET.
The 26,300 square foot building has 29 double-occupancy rooms with separate living spaces for men and women, group kitchens, a fitness center, meditation room, coffee bar and rooms for individual and group therapy. We are developing a beautiful outdoor space as well, that the Carillon and Edgemont neighborhoods will be proud to welcome into their community. “OneFifteen Living will give people a safe place to live while they continue their journey of recovery,” said President and CEO, Marti Taylor. “The journey is different for everyone, so we are creating a full continuum of care to be able to meet anyone where they are, to give them what they need to, to live a healthy, sober life.
We invite the media to join us at 11:00 am ET on Friday, September 18, 2020 for a small ribbon cutting ceremony.
Local and state leaders will join us to celebrate this great day for all of the residents of Dayton and Montgomery County. To be mindful of current social distancing guidelines, this virtual grand opening will be shown live on the Facebook pages of the City of Dayton and the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. The event will also stream live at OneFifteen.org/YouTube. We welcome the entire community to join us on these virtual platforms.
OneFifteen was launched in 2019 with our partners Kettering Health Network, Premier Health, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. and Verily, the healthcare and life sciences arm of Alphabet, with support from Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board.
OneFifteen is creating a tech-enabled system of care that will offer a treatment center, rehabilitation housing, and wrap-around services, all on one state-of-the-art campus in Dayton, Ohio. “We are so proud of the work that OneFifteen is doing in our community,” said Helen Jones-Kelley, Executive Director of ADAMHS. “They are addressing a need in our community for housing for
people who are moving through their recovery journey. OneFifteen Living will give them a place to live, while they search for career opportunities, and are supported with wrap-around services to give them the best chance for sustained sobriety.”
