Lil Wayne Has Now Charted On The Billboard Hot 100 for 17 Consecutive Years

Lil Wayne has often been revered as a “G.O.A.T” and there is a reason for it. Not only has he been rapping since the age of 14 but the Young Money frontman has now charted on the Billboard Hot 100 for 17 consecutive years.

With his appearance on DJ Khaled’s latest Khaled Khaled album, Lil Wayne enters into his 17th year on the Billboard Hot 100 and his first appearance of 2021.

Khaled’s “Thankful” single entered the Hot 100 at number 100 on Monday (May 10). Since 2004 Wayne has had a single on the chart every year and the new entry marks his 21st appearance in 22 years.

Wayne entered the chart in 1999, however, in 2003 he didn’t make an appearance. The only artist ahead of Wayne with the accolade is Kanye West who has made an appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 every year since 2003.
