Lil Boosie Claims Facebook, Instagram Outage Was Karma Lil Boosie and Mark Zuckerberg have a well documented battle. Boosie has lost his Instagram page a FEW times. When the Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp outage happened on Monday Boosie hopped on Twitter to share his thoughts. They took my Instagram and then everything got shut down. #gods #annointed.
