Lawyer Says NBA YoungBoy Will Be Hit with RICO Charges A lawyer who followed Tekashi 6ix9ine’s case very closely is now saying that since NBA Youngboy’s arrest by federal agents it’s pretty clear that he’ll be brought up on RICO charges. In a video, Mohammed Gangat says that during YoungBoy’s arrest in 2020 at a video shoot in Baton Rouge, YoungBoy was charged with a dozen drug charges. With the feds arresting him the two charges will likely be looked at together, with YoungBoy being the common denominator in the two incidents. YoungBoy was around guns, drugs, and gang members, who also had pending charges, that’s a formula for a RICO charge. Do you think the lawyer is right?
