Justin Timberlake Allegedly ‘Insisted’ on Janet Jackson’s Wardrobe Malfunction The stylist for Janet Jackson’s wardrobe during the 2004 Superbowl spoke to PageSix about Justin Timberlake’s “insistence” in one-upping Britney Spears kiss with Madonna which happened in the same year.  “I wouldn’t call it a wardrobe ‘malfunction’ in a million years. It was the most functioning wardrobe in history. As a stylist, it did what it was intended to do,” Scot Lukas insists. Originally Timberlake was to step on the back of the dress to reveal Jackson in a pear g-string like the one Kim Cattrall wore in Sex In The City. “The outfit changed a couple of days before, and you saw the magic,” says Lukas.  Timberlake issued an apology to Spears and Jackson last February and Lukas says Jackson accepted his apology in private years ago.  Have you ever had a wardrobe malfunction?
