Juelz Santana Denied a Travel Request Rapper Juelz Santana has had a recent travel request denied. The Diplomats rapper had just completed serving 19-months of a 27-month sentence but he can’t seem to get rid of the cops. Legal documents show that Santana requested travel to Miami “for work” but his request was denied because according to authorities, Juelz had been enjoying freedom “a bit too much.” Juelz can’t leave the state of New Jersey without permission, but according to authorities, Juelz was denied because he would have been traveling with two felons and failed a urine test.
