JAY-Z: Former Shawn Carter Foundation Recipient Enjoys ‘Full Circle Moment’ With Rapper Michael J. Payton enjoyed a full circle moment after JAY-Z’s Shawn Carter Foundation helped him get through San Francisco State University and, in turn, allowed him to work directly with JAY-Z.
