It’s been reported that JAY-Z and Beyoncé recently purchased the most expensive home in California. Their new pad set them back $200 million; however, it’s now been revealed that the couple paid CASH!
TMZ sources say the 30,000-square-foot Malibu mansion was purchased from art collector William Bell. Jay’s worth of $2.5 billion is from his liquor businesses, music catalog, and art collection with Basquiat pieces, per Forbes, who estimated Beyoncé’s net worth to be nearly $500 million in 2022, thanks to her tours, music catalog, and film appearances.
It’s estimated that Bey will make over $1 billion during her “Renaissance Tour,” so the rich just keep getting richer.
