Singer H.E.R. Accused of Copyright Infringement for ‘Focus,’ Lawsuit Filed Andre Sims-a songwriter and pianist is suing H.E.R, producer Justin Love and Daryl DJ Camper and Sony Music Entertainment. He is suing for copyright infringement for her song, Focus. Andre filed a claim in court alleging they knowingly stole his song, Endless Minds. There is a video of Daryl DJ Camper saying he saw Andre’s version on social media and tweaked it for what we know as Focus.
