Rapper Gunna was booked into a jail in Atlanta Wednesday, May 11, 2022 on a racketeering charge after he was indicted with fellow rapper Young Thug and more than two dozen other people. An indictment filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court accuses him of violating Georgia’s anti-racketeering law. Gunna Officially Surrenders to Authorities for RICO Charge Gunna has officially surrendered to police in Fulton County Georgia. He, Young Thug and 26 others are facing multiple charges connected to the RICO Act. RICO stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Gunna, whose real name is Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, has been charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the RICO Act. Gunna’s charge is connected to a 2013 incident.
