Funk Flex Gives Props to Drake for Founding the Sing-Rap Flow This was probably not on your 2021 Bingo Card-Funk Flex giving Drake props! Flex has always been hard on Drake, but now admits that artists like Future and Young Thug need to thank Drake for ‘fathering the sing-rap flow.’ Drake has really fathered this amazing style of singing and rapping. I think when it comes to Drake he has a clear line of, ‘this is when I’m rapping and this is when I’m singing.’ I have to be honest, he’s not made too many songs I don’t like.
