Free Birth Certificates Available for those by Affected The Tornado

Dayton Public Health of Montgomery County is setting up remote locations from 9am until 4pm Tuesday, June 4th at St. Margaret’s Church at 5301 Free Pike in Trotwood, and 9am until 4pm on Wednesday, June 5th at the Harrison Twp. Community Center at 5945 N. Dixie Drive to offer Free birth certificates, cribs and hepatitis A vaccinations are available to those affected by last Monday’s tornadoes.
