Frank Ocean Shopping New Album to Labels Reports Rumor has it Frank Ocean is shopping a new album to labels, despite his best efforts to “avoid doing business with the majors,” since his debut album, “Channel Orange.” Coachella recently announced Ocean as the headliner for its 2023 festival.  The singer recently launched his luxury brand, Homer, in August with a storefront in New York City.
