Fetty Wap Due in Court on Drug Trafficking Charges Fetty Wap is due in court today (Monday) Willie Junior Maxwell aka Fetty Wap is charged with trafficking drugs into New York County and Long Island. He was previously out on a $500,000 bond until a judge revoked it. The judge revoked it after Fetty allegedly pointed a gun at someone on FaceTime and threatened to kill them. He is among a group of people accused of selling more than 100 kilograms of drugs including heroin and fentanyl. Two of his co-defendants have pleaded guilty.
