Eminem Says He Spent $600 On A Sealed Nas “Illmatic” Cassette Tape In a recent conversation with DJ Whoo Kid in a Clubhouse room, Eminem talked about all of the things he used to collect as a kid, and one of which was cassette tapes. One of the tapes he said caught the attention of the room and that is his sealed cassette copy of “Illmatic” by Nas that came out in 1994. The rapper said he paid between $500-$600 dollars for it.
