Toronto superstar Drake recently showed support for the “Free Tory Lanez” movement on Instagram, backing the singer-rapper, who is serving a 10-year sentence for the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
In September of last year, a Los Angeles court rejected Lanez’s bail request. Drake had previously faced criticism for liking Lanez’s post about the shooting incident, and he seemingly referenced the controversy in his song “Circo Loco.”
Drake posted a photo of himself while standing next to Tory. In another photo, he shared a black-and-white photo of the Canadian rapper with the caption, “3 You.”
