Dr. Dre Asks Judge To Declare Him Single Amid Nasty Divorce It’s no secret that the divorce between Dr. Dre and soon to be ex-wife, Nicole, has been pretty nasty. Dr. Dre just wants out of it so bad that he’s asked the judge to grant him a “bifurcation”, meaning he wants to be granted “single” status and that they’ll worry about the assets later. There’s still a lot to be settled before their divorce is officially over, but Dre says that Nicole is dragging her feet on purpose. Nicole officially filed for divorce in June 2020.
