Digital Underground rap star Shock G, known for The Humpty Dance, dies aged 57

Shock G of Digital Underground Has Died Sad to report that Shock G of the group Digital Underground has died at the age of 57.  According to his father, he was found in a Tampa hotel room.  Besides being the front”man for Digital Underground, Shock is also known for his character “Humpty Hump” who had hip-hop fans dancing to the classic song “The Humpty Dance.” Shock is also known for bringing out 2Pac to the rest of the world.  A cause of death is pending an autopsy.
