Ciara and Russell Wilson Announce New Joint Fragrance Ciara and Russell Wilson have a joint fragrance. It’s called, The Fragrance Duo Harmony by R&C Fragrance. The fragrance line has three scents, The Fragrance Duo, R by Russell Wilson and C by Ciara. The couple posted a sexy photo on Ciara’s Instagram page with the caption, we’re so excited to introduce The Fragrance Duo Harmony by R&C Fragrance.
