Chris Brown Reportedly In Negotiations To Sign With Quality Control Music According to theJasmineBrand, Chris Brown is in negotiations with Quality Control Music. This would be a major step for Chris who has been with RCA Records since 2011 when the company disbanded from Jive Records, where Chris was signed with at the time. If a deal with Quality Control is finalized, Chris would join the roaster that also is home to Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, and City Girls.
