Charges Against Rod Wave Dismissed

Charges Against Rod Wave Dismissed After being charged with battery by strangulation for choking the mother of his children, the charges against Rod Wave have been dismissed.  The rapper is now not being charged with domestic violence.  According to a post from Rod’s attorney, the State Attorney’s Office decided the case was “not suitable for prosecution.”  Did you think Rod was going to get jail time?
