Cardi B Seizes More Earnings Won in Defamation Suit From Tasha K

Cardi B is determined to get money from her defamation suit involving blogger Tasha K.

The “Up” rapper has started garnishing Tasha K’s income as promised and was granted the right to seize property from Tasha in April. Cardi B sued Tasha K, and a jury found her liable for defamation, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress.

Tasha K was sued for $4 million dollars by Cardi B for defamation of character and lost the case. So she decided to appeal the verdict in the Supreme Court and unfortunately, she lost again!!

After winning her case, Cardi is set to receive a total of $4.25 million. The Bronx native subpoenaed JP Morgan Chase for her award money but was told the vlogger only had $1,083.02 in her account.
