Cardi B Heads to Trial Over YouTuber’s Alleged ‘Malicious Campaign’ Cardi B is headed to court in Atlanta. This is the case between Cardi B and YouTube blogger Tasha K. Cardi claims Tasha made dozens of YouTube videos and social media posts that spread false claims about her. One claim was that Cardi contracted herpes. Jury selection begins today (Monday) The First Amendment makes it difficult for famous people to sue for defamation. In order to win, Cardi’s team will have to prove that Tasha K’s statements not only hurt her reputation but that Tasha K acted with malice. Do you think Cardi has a case?
