Cardi B Demands Court Throws Out Lawsuit Over Autograph Seeker Beatdown Cardi B is trying to get a lawsuit thrown out. She says she was not involved in the beatdown of an aggressive man who wanted an autograph. It happened in 2018 outside of a Met Gala afterparty in NYC. After failing to get an autograph the man started hurling insults and can be heard saying, please beat me up, I’ll take your money. Do you think the case will get thrown out?
