C-Murder Hires New Members To Legal Team C-Murder, real name Corey Miller, has hired Benjamin Crump and Ronald Haley Jr. to help him gain his freedom. The rapper had gone on a hunger strike for his freedom and to protest for unjust treatment of inmates during the COVID-19 pandemic.  In a statement released on Friday (August 6) by Crump and Haley, they stated they are working on Miller’s case and will seek legal action against Elayn Hunt Correctional Center. The lawyers condemned the State of Louisiana’s lax protocols arguing the inmates were compromised due to pre-existing medical conditions and their age.  Miller was sentenced to life in prison in 2009, Kim Kardashian and singer Monica advocated for Miller’s release in 2020.  Since C-Murder’s conviction wasn’t unanimous, do you think he should be released from prison?
