Rapper Nelly Lists Abandoned St. Louis Mansion At $600K On Zillow St. Louis native rapper, Nelly, just listed his mansion on Zillow for $600k. Nelly purchased the home that sits just 30 miles from St. Louis in 2002, but hasn’t done anything with it. The home has been empty since he bought it. Nelly had intentions of renovating the house but never did. According to sources, the house has been decaying over the past 20 years and needs a lot of work.
