Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament Comes To Tap-Out University of Dayton

This past weekend a submission only jiu-jitsu tournament called The Good Fight, came to the University of Dayton campus. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a rapid growing sport, populating more and more each day. The tourney hosted Adults , as well as Children, and Teens. A lot of jiu-jitsu organizations go off a point system, as well as submissions. What makes The Good Fight different, is that it’s a submission only based event. Meaning your opponent has to tap out in order for you to win that fight. The turn out was fantastic, with many Ohio and surrounding area practitioners showing up to compete. And yes, there was a fair amount of tapping going on! The Good Fight is anxious to come back to Dayton, OH in the future. So all you jiu-jitsu practitioners get your practice game right. After all, the motto remains, “Tap, Snap, or Nap”!
