Bobby Shmurda’s Special Parole Conditions Bobby Shmurda is on parole until February 23, 2026 Until then he has strict parole guidelines he has to follow. Can’t drink alcohol. Can’t hang out in bars or with gang members. He has an 8pm curfew. He has to submit to substance abuse testing and get counseling for aggression and anger. Being found in violation of any or all of this could land him back in jail to finish out his sentence. Is 5 years too long to ask someone to abide by these rules?
